Chamber music ensembles for string or piano chamber music have the unique opportunity to take part in the masterclass with the renowned violinist and conductor Günter Pichler. Günter Pichler, former principal violinist of the internationally acclaimed Alban Berg Quartet, has achieved worldwide recognition both as a musician and as a teacher at various music academies and successfully conducts leading orchestras worldwide. In the masterclass, he will pass on his many years of experience in chamber music to up- and coming ensembles.

Conditions of participation

In addition to the online application, ensembles are asked to send an audio file or YouTube links and a CV: campus@shmf.de.

The public course concert will take place on 23 August in the Feldsteinkirche in Ratekau. 

Registration fee: 25 € 
Participation fee: 300 € p.p. (incl. accommodation and lunch)
