Starting on March 5, 2010 you can book tickets for all our concerts either in writing per letter, fax or e-mail or directly at our homepage.

Ticket bookings will be processed in the order in which they are received. Seat reservations will be carried out at the end of March 2010. In case your desired price category is no longer available, please indicate other possible price categories for each concert so that we may find an alternative solution. For written orders you either can fill out the form, send a fax to the Ticket Office or contact us at bestellungen@shmf.de. You can also book tickets at our homepage. In order to book tickets by phone, which is possible at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival Ticket Office starting on Monday April 12, 2010 please dial the Ticket-Hotline above.

Ticket Agencies and DB -Travel Service
From Monday April 12, 2010 on, you can acquire tickets for all concerts nationwide at travel and ticket agencies (in Germany) that have access to the electronic booking entry system, TICKET CORNER. Details about the different venues and their ticket agencies are provided in the main menu.

Box Office
Remaining tickets can be purchased at the concert venues about one hour before the concert starts.

Prices
All sales fees (up to 10% of the ticket price) and the “Musikschultaler” of 1 € are included in the listed ticket prices. The “Musikschultaler” is paid over to the Landesverband der Musikschulen in Schlewig-Holstein e.V. to support the promotion of young musicians. With this support, other measures of musical education, brought about by the Landesverband der Musikschulen in Schlewig-Holstein e.V. and the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival Foundation, are also financed. Only a flat rate shipping fee of 3,50 € is charged.

Reductions
Students and trainees under the age of 30 and people doing military or social services receive a 50% price reduction on all tickets. Price reductions are not valid with any other discounts. A valid proof of ID is to be shown, unsolicited at the entrance.

Devices for wheelchairs
Most venues offer disabled seatings. For information and tickets, please contact the Ticket Office. The following venues are not suitable for wheelschairs: Altenhof (Kuhhaus), Flensburg (Marineschule Mürwik), Hasselburg (Herrenhaus), Pronstorf (Kuhstall). As the list has not been finalised, we ask you to please contact the Ticket Office before purchasing tickets.

2. Payment Notices

Purchase by phone: When placing an order by telephone, payment can be made with a credit
card (Visa or MasterCard) or checque.

Written orders: Please wait until you have received your order confirmation. We will ship your tickets
once payment by credit card or checque has been cleared. Please do not enclose cash or checks with your order form.

3. General Regulations

Tickets can not be exchanged or returned, even if a ticket order is not completed. Program, formation, and date are subject to change. Change of formation or program does not entitle the ticket holder to the return of tickets. Ticket refunds are only possible within 2 months of the original concert date, in the event of cancellation. In such a case, a valid ticket must be produced in order to receive a refund.

Late seating for ticket holders is only possible after the intermission. Tickets lose their validity after the concert hall has been left. All photography, audio-, film- and video recordings, even for private use, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted. Some events will be recorded by radio and/or television. The ticket holder agrees to this and consents to the possibility of being filmed. Seats in lower price categories – especially in churches – may have limited visibility. Poor visibility may also occur due to cameras or other technical devices, which neither entitled the ticket holder to the return of tickets not to demand a price reduction. In case of bad weather, please bring adequate clothes with you.

4. Data Storage

In order to best inform you about the festival’s program, any changes or the status of an order (also by email or text message), we save the personal information you provide when ordering a program or tickets. This information will never be given to a third party. The Federal Data Protection Act gives you the right to inquire about the information stored by us, free of charge. Upon request of the customer, the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival foundation will imidiately alter, lock, or delete this personal customer information. Deleting such information can only be taken into consideration once the processing of an order has been completed in full. This information can only be deleted in compliance with the guidelines set by the tax and revenue authorities.
