The sale of our tickets for the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival 2013 has started. From 6 July to 25 August there will be a total of 118 concerts, 3 concerts in the countryside and one children’s music festival. The theme of this year’s festival is »Bewegend baltisch«. There are several possibilities to purchase tickets:
With immediate effect you can book tickets by phone at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival Ticket Office, please dial the Ticket-Hotline +49 – 431 – 23 70 70. Tickets are also available at the local ticket agencies in charge of the particular concert. Furthermore it is possible to buy tickets through our website, through facebook and via email to bestellung@shmf.de. You can also use our SHMF-App (in cooperation with the Lübeck-based company miadi), which is downloadable free of charge at the App Store for iPhone and iPad.

»Bewegend baltisch« is the motto of the 28th Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, which is dedicated to the Baltic states Estonia, Lativa and Lithuania from 6th of July until 25th of August. Festival director Prof. Rolf Beck and his team invites you to discover the musical diversity of our European Neighbors with a rich and varied concert program. Part of this year’s country focus are renown conductors like Mariss Jansons, Kristjan Järvi and Andris Nelsons, Orchestras like the Kremerata Baltica and the Baltic Youth Philharmonic, brilliant solists like Gidon Kremer, Mischa Maisky, Iveta Apkalna, Baiba and Lauma Skride, Vestard Shimkus and Gunārs Upatnieks and fascinating ensembles like the a-cappella-group Latvian Voices, Iļģi and the Arsis Handbell Ensemble.
