 The theater itzehoe is an architecturally fascinating cultural site (foto: Andreas Pankratz) that is reminiscent of a gigantic circus tent with enough room for around 800 people. The brilliant acoustics and comfortable ambience of the theater have helped it become an essential location of the Schleswig-Hostein Musik Festival, in which stars as big as Midori have performed.
