 The Peter-Pauls-Kirche (church) in Hohenwestedt conveys an unmistakable impression with its central location and widely visible tower with cambered dome. The church was enhanced by the 1980 remodeling of the former cemetery into the charming church grounds and public park. The church building was rebuilt in classical style as a brick hall-church that features an impressive sandstone entrance. The interior is dominated by the altar with its classical construction and the crucifix, which is flanked by columns. Here you can enjoy chamber and choir music during the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival.
