When we speak of Stone Park Warder, one name simply can’t be ignored: Here, the artist Ben Siebenrock displays his works made of stone. The stones on which he works are mainly of granite and come from the Glindemann quarey in Warder, from the same grounds that also house Steinpark. There are many boulders here that were pushed over during the last ice age from Scandinavia to Schleswig-Holstein. Some of the art consists exclusively of stone, but sometimes Siebenrock combines these stones with colored glass, which produces a new, exciting effect depending on the weather and season. At this park grounds, sculpture and landscape unite to create a wonderful, collective artistic experience.
