Kleines Theater am Markt
The Little Theatre on the Market, once known as the "Wahli" cinema, has a rich and eventful history.
It was opened in 1957 and has belonged to the city of Wahlstedt since 1968. After extensive renovations, it was renamed "Kleines Theater am Markt" in 1975 and has been a cultural centre ever since.
With the renewal of the theatre seating in 2012 and extensive modernisation work completed in 2023, the theatre now offers even more comfort and space for its guests. From January 2025, it will start with a shortened season - and we are excited to return to the Kleines Theater am Markt as a venue in 2025 again.
