Maria-Magdalenen-Kirche

The Maria Magdalenen Church is located on the highest point of Marne, the wharf, not far from the town house of the village. Wilhelm Voigt from Kiel built the church according to the model of early Gothic brick stone churches. Its outline is formed by the Latin cross. The baptistery is the oldest piece in the church, which can be dated back to the 13th century. The Maria Magdalenen Church accommodates approximately 640 seats.
