The spacious Hasselburg estate has been lovingly restored in recent years by the Stahlberg Foundation and is predestined for the music festivals in the countryside. This was confirmed in the summer of 2014 with the successful resumption of the music festivals in Hasselburg. Built in the late Middle Ages as a manor house near Neustadt Bay, the moats that once surrounded the manor house are still visible today. Between the manor house with the flanking cavalier houses and the gatehouse from 1763, there are extensive lawns that are perfect for picnics. At 72 metres long, the beautiful thatched barn is one of the largest thatched barns in the country and is a real gem for music and theatre events.
