The Kieler Gelehrtenschule is a classical humanistic high school in the Brunswik district of Kiel and, due to its opening in 1320, the second oldest school in Schleswig-Holstein. Not only SHMF founder Justus Frantz passed his Abitur here, but also his nephew, the pianist Caspar Frantz. This summer, the latter will appear here together with actor Axel Milberg - also a former student of the Gelehrtenschule - with a musical reading in the auditorium.
