Hasselburg manor is located near the Neustadt bay and is an outstanding example of a complete 18th century style manor and its facilities. The adjoining gatehouse is the largest and most elegant of the area and was drafted by the architect Greggenhofer. Today its rooms are used primarily as studios for various artists. The interior rooms of the manor became famous through the tv-series “Das Erbe der Guldenburgs,” which was filmed here on location.
